Provide guidance to product teams across the ByteDance family of apps to ensure adherence to best practices, minimizing downstream issues and reducing cost and time-to-market for localized versions; 2. Work closely with your team to execute vendor engagement, continuously improving forecasting and efficiency, and delivering localization excellence; 3. Manage localization testing projects to identify linguistic and functional issues; 4. Utilize data analysis to improve vendor performance and enhance language quality management; 5. Advocate globalization to stakeholders and share expertise in linguistic asset optimization. 任職要求： 1、擁有3年以上本地化項目管理和本地化測試經驗； 2、有流利的英文溝通能力，日常工作無語言溝通障礙； 3、具備出色的跨時區和跨文化溝通能力； 4、熟悉產品開發、產品本地化和本地化測試； 5、具備數據分析能力，能夠讓非專業人士了解有關語言質量、供應商表現和本地化發展情況的數據和指標； 6、有廣告行業背景優先。 1. A minimum of 3 years solid experience in localization project management and localization testing; 2. Have fluent English communication skills and no language communication barriers in daily work; 3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across time zones and cultures; 4. Good understanding of product development, localization, and QA cycles; 5. Ability to communicate data and metrics regarding language quality, vendor performance, and localization insights to non-experts; 6. Background in advertising is a plus.
