負責客戶/供應商/總賬/審批流的主數據維護

職責描述：
61 Has basic knowledge of project requirement and scope 快速學習項目所需基本知識
61 Can work with team to achieve both team and individual KPI requirement 與部門一起達成團隊和個人績效目標
61 Verify work on supporting files to all 3rd customer/ internal and external vendor / GL account / Hierarchy creation, change完成第三方客戶/關聯非關聯方供應商/總賬科目/審批流的維護和查詢工作
61 Communicate with requestor for customer/vendor / GL / Hierarchy information核對第三方客戶/關聯非關聯方供應商/總賬科目/審批流申請的資料
61 Maintenance MDM customer/vendor / GL, Hierarchy in WorkOn, APM and SSF tools維護第三方客戶/關聯非關聯方供應商/總賬科目的財務數據以及審批流主數據
61 Support to master data mitigating control monthly work協助完成主數據的內控工作
61 Complies with internal regulations and project specific procedures遵循內部規則和項目特定地流程處理業務
61 Other tasks assigned by superior. / 上級安排的其他工作任務。

任職要求：
61 Bachelor degree in accounting or related areas本科以上學歷
61 At least 1 year related industry working experience; Fresh graduate is acceptable至少1年工作經驗;優秀的應屆生亦可投遞
61 BPO working experience will be plused.BPO財務行業經驗優先
61 Good communication skills良好的溝通技能
61 Good understanding of SAP, good self-learning; SAP 基礎以及良好的自學能力
61 Fluent written and spoken skills in English英語基本讀寫優秀，能適應英語工作環境
61 Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and other related office software; 會使用微軟軟件，excel, word等
61 VBA or Python programming foundation；有VBA或Python的編程基礎
